My wife hides her spending anyway possible. We have a small business account where we each have a credit card. I use this to pay off the basic expenses like our small business phone bill. First mistake I made was letter her take care of making the payments on the card. The credit card sends 3 statements, 1 for me, one for my wife and one that has both. For some reason I only see my statements and hers and the corporate one seems to never be in the pile of new mail. So each month when I ask her how much is due, she tells me $100 + so I said okay that sounds about right since we have to pay for about $50 each month for our phone bills plus what ever else she gets for the business. What I found out today was that we have been paying the minimum payment, if that for I dont know how long and now I have a credit card debt of over $2000!!!! I know she forgets to pay the cc bill and gets late fees and now we have been getting over limit fees too. I just requested the credit card bill for the last 6 months and I have taken away her key to the mail slot so that I am the one that gets the mail. Who knows what other bills she is hiding from me. I asked her when i asked you how much our CC bill is, why do you always tell me its the minimum payment? She knows I NEVER pay just Minimum balance on the CC because of the high rates on Credit cards. We'll aparently she likes to give away our money to the banks and credit cards.

I for one have the same issue, my wife overdrafted her checking 4 times and
she hasn't learn to budget her own money.
I give her lectures over and over again but proved useless , she went out
and secretly bought a cup of coffee after 3 hours of my lecture and owed
the bank $500 for negative amount after a week later that I discovered when she ask me money for Gas , I ask her bout her weekly paycheck from work , she lied and told me she don't know what happen to her own money.

I'm so upset for the fact that she lied right in my face.
Trust is the foundation of every marriage , with out it marriage is nothing.
