My husband lived at home for 32 years, and he is firmly under his mother's thumb. She acted as our realtor in buying our first home, and wrongly pushed us to purchase something that we really couldn't afford. On top of all the renovation costs, our lives have become incredibly stressful. To make matters worse, the contractor she insisted we work with was horrible, and we've had to fire him. She is meddlesome, and when I'm not in the house she will go over and change things to her liking, because she knows she can influence my husband. This has been going on for 6 months now, and it has driven my husband and I to the brink of separation, because he won't stand up to her. Help!

let your husband under his mother ,thumb watever renovation courses tell your husband you are not paying single money.let her change those things she wanted, u tell her to pay. tell your husband stay with his mom he will realise without you.
