If you can't forgive him the marriage won't last. You need to find some way of getting past this. Has he given you any reason to think that he may be continuing his infidelity? If he is then you should get a divorce, but if he is not then try to get your trust back slowly. You should definately talk to a professional about this.

This process takes a very long time, have you sought counselling for this. I have gone through a smilar situation and had to seek out a counsellor to help me get through it.
