I came home early and caught my wife cheating with my neighbor. I felt like killing him & her, what should I do?

I feel your pain, the pain is like nothing else experienced. Its tramatic and wrong but harming them is NEVER the answer. 2 wrongs never make anything right. Harming them, will only harm You more than their affair already has in the long run, which would be injustice to you. Please seek good counseling. If she is willing to own her responsibility and stop the affair and your willing; seek it together. Your marriage can experience healing if your both willing to work on it. If not, seek it on your own for your own healing so your future is not tainted from this. My brother has just gone thru this and sadly his wife chose not to. Because of her unwillingness to work on her issues and their marriage, my brother is better off without her. Thankfully he is working thru his forgiveness for her and simply wants to experience the future he deserves. You will be in my prayers during this very difficult time.
