Name: Jayson   Title: Who's wrong? Who's Right?
My wife and I disagree in the ways of disciplining our children. I need advise on this.

The matter of disciplining children can be the source of conflict among some parents; sometimes they have different ideas as to what the appropriate discipline should be. To turn differences into a unified discipline, try to resolve the differences according to child’s best interest. Come to some agreement on what is realistically expected for your child, based on their age, ability to follow directions, etc.
Find out what values are highest priorities and on which behaviours you both agree are important to nurture in your child. Discuss your preferences for discipline and see if there are consistencies, if there aren’t then find a compromise that you both can live with and stick by it. Try to support each other, never argue in the front of the children about disagreements in discipline approaches.

Try to find a common ground. This happens more frequently than you can imagine.
